Agreement
By using this website or booking with The Female Barber, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book online.
Bookings
Online booking lets you request an available service, date, and time. A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds (or when we otherwise confirm it with you). We may decline or cancel a booking if needed — for example, if a slot becomes unavailable, payment fails, or shop circumstances change — and we will contact you when that happens.
Payments
Payments are processed by Whish. We do not store your full payment credentials on this website. Successful payment confirms your appointment according to the checkout flow shown at booking time.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel or manage eligible appointments through the link in your confirmation email or through My Appointments.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Refunds for paid bookings are returned to your Whish account.
Within that window, online cancellation and refunds are no longer available. Contact the shop directly if you need help.
Conduct
Please arrive on time and treat the shop and staff with respect. We may refuse service in cases of abuse, no-shows, or behavior that puts others at risk.
Website use
You may use this site for personal booking and information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Female Barber is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or booking service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable Lebanese law.
