• Verify it’s you when you access appointments with an email code
• Operate and secure the website and owner dashboard

• Whish, to process payments and refunds
• Our email provider, to send transactional messages
• Hosting and database providers that keep the site online
• Google Analytics, for anonymous usage data such as which pages are visited (we do not send your name, email, or phone to Google Analytics)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the shop, our clients, or the service.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle payments or refunds, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. One-time login codes are short-lived and expire automatically.

Your choices

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account safe — it’s how appointment access works.

Changes
